A too-bright-to-wear lipstick became some experimental patterns and mark making exercises last night when I compiled the finger painting pages into the two repeating patterns below. 'Platelets' is the looser of the two, a scattered repeat with more white space meant to mimic the look of red blood cells and platelets under a microscope.
