Ligaa is a corporate consultancy based in São Paulo, Brazil. They are called to solve problems within organizations with large numbers of employees, such as leadership, people management, and organizational culture. With a positioning under the concept of breaking with the traditional model of the industry, the idea was to create a communication that was completely opposite to what is seen: using an extensive and vibrant color palette, expressive typography and, with messages directed to people, not organizations.

During the process of diagnosis and strategy, we helped the founders structure the business under the model of abundance. By establishing Ligaa as a solutions catalyst, working as a platform with a workforce of consultants specializing in specific areas, to consulting projects tailored to each organizational situation.

For the institutional website, we had the challenge of inserting CTAs for both audiences: organizations and consultants. After user-testing, we decided that both CTAs would direct to the contact page, where we put two forms, one for each goal; solving any ambiguity. In addition, we have given priority to communicating brand values and beliefs by placing such messages early in the homepage.
