What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a talented and efficient Design Production Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual communication and digital design, with a passion for producing dynamic visuals that connect with diverse audiences, especially in the beauty industry. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Support the Creative Team: Assist in designing and producing materials across email, social media, packaging, and print collateral.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all production designs align with KIKI’s visual identity and high standards of brand consistency.
Collaborate on Marketing Materials: Help create compelling graphics for various marketing campaigns that effectively engage our community.
Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with marketing, product teams, and external partners to deliver designs that enhance our brand narrative.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the final production of designs, ensuring quality and coherence across all outputs.
Innovative Problem-Solving: Utilize feedback to iterate on designs and continuously improve the effectiveness of our visual communications.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with video editing tools such as After Effects or Final Cut is a plus.
Creative Portfolio: Demonstrated ability to produce a broad range of visuals, with strong understanding of typography, layout, and digital media.
Brand Alignment: Skillful in translating brand identity into creative and effective design solutions.
Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
Organizational Prowess: Exceptional time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Adaptability: Flexible in adjusting to new challenges and changes in project scopes or deadlines.
Education & Experience:
3-4 years of professional experience in design production, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods sector.
