We are looking for a Freelance Brand Designer to assist across multiple projects. This is a full time, 3 month contract position. Brand Designer will work not only with the creative partners, but also with other designers, strategists, producers, and technologists. Designers are charged with crafting creative approaches, ensuring all stages of the work meet or exceed the client objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create visually compelling designs for a range of brand identity projects.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to concept and develop innovative design approaches.
- Bring design concepts to life, ensuring they meet (or exceed) project and client objectives.
- Engage with clients and internal team to understand design needs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in brand design.
- Proficiency in common design software: primarily Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience in motion (AfterEffects, Cavalry, etc.) or creative coding (JS, Processing, etc.) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understand how to bring a brand and project to scale
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
