Job Description

The qualified candidate is capable of confidently applying their product design skills to address client needs & serve as a strategic partner. You will lead the formulation of the overall user experience strategy, guide prototyping efforts, and draft pixel-perfect final designs that directly contribute to business growth. This candidate will have the ability to utilize research and data to derive strategic insights, identify opportunities to optimize user experiences, and increase user engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Ideate on new and unique UX concepts
  • Identify business and technical requirements
  • Perform research, including user interviews and competitor analysis
  • Create design wireframes and prototypes
  • Design and present UX solutions to stakeholders
  • Hand off designs to developers for implementation


Skills & Qualifications

  • Creates innovative solutions for a wide variety of product design challenges.
  • Plan and define strategy for the direction of future iterations.
  • Develops high level, detailed mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Delivering work that’s not only user-friendly, aesthetically engaging, but which also produces results.
  • Understanding of basic design principles.
  • Sharp eye for detail and design.
  • Develops and maintains detailed user-interface specifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in design and research tools (e.g., Figma, UserTesting, FullStory, PowerBI, Hubspot, Dovetail etc).
  • Works alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle.
  • Comfortability with at least one programming language such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
  • Presents design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback
