Context
Inditex is the largest clothing retailer in Europe and one of the world's largest fashion retailers.
Brands: Zara, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Uterqüe.
inditexcareers goal is for each person, as they are, to develop their full potential as part of a diverse, creative and innovative team.
Inditex teamed up with Oracle Design Mission Program, Oracle Technology Solution & Cloud Engineering, and Oracle Consulting in an interactive, co-creation workshop to discover innovative ways of engaging their designers.
My Contribution
UI/UX and Product Designer
- Provide the creative solution and product definition;
- Translate the business challenges and key information from the workshop outputs into objects and models;
- Discover and create a clear definition of the user mental model and behavior;
- Combine the user and business models into a comprehensive conceptual model;
- Communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, and prototypes (UI Design);
- Work with the development team to deliver the product.

Solution
Mobile application that allows company designers to participate in a design challenge, and gain visibility for personal designs.
The app gives access to internal mobility opportunities, find mentors, expand their internal professional network and develop their skills.
The mobile app also integrates and extends the capabilities of Oracle HCM.
