Brille

Brille is a fictional startup company for a course's project purpose that aims to develop a virtual AI assistant system for smart glasses that is more advanced than any other virtual assistant in the market. The AI system, besides helps users achieve convenient by gathering and organising information from their smart glasses, it can also engage two-way conversations with users more naturally. So instead of giving voice commands to an AI system, users feel more like they're talking to an average person, a reliable artificial assistant that is companionable for every individual.
The name 'Brille' is a Germany term meaning glasses. It's straightforward to the company's main idea, and it's easy to pronounce and remember. The final logotype features the capitalised 'Brille' word, with a modified version of I and L letter, and spaced as same as the thick of the type stroke.

The logomark is taken directly from the middle part of the logotype, the modified I and L letter. The logomark carries the concept of three main philosophies of the brand, which is advanced, companionable and convenient. Each of these philosophies is represented in a recognisable daily symbol and combined as a single mark.
The selected colour palette is inspired by the company's three main philosophies, which is advanced for blue, companionable for peach, and convenient for white. 

The chosen geometric sans-serif typeface, Metropolis, reflects the company's main idea in bringing convenience to people's life presented in a modern and sleek style. The typeface will serve as the brand's primary typeface and also used for the logotype.
The brand's modular system utilises the shape of the logomark to create a pattern that is coherence in showing advancedness and humanness inspired by a brain structure and the matrix shapes. The designed pattern can be used to be a complementing element for the branding layout.
