PROBLEM: ON SITE WORKERS (MIGRANT WORKERS) : The main reason construction industry is working because we have workers who will make construction happen. But due to the pandemic and lack of facilities and security, they are migrating back to their places which will be a greatest hit to construction industry in post pandemic days.

The only solution for this problem is to treat them better at the moment. They are the backbone of our industry and treating them better is our responsibility. The possible way is to make sure that our workers has necessary food, shelter and healthcare and keeping them hygienic and happy. Financial support for all these can be taken from all the clases of construction industry. It can be a percentage of profit from the particular project or donations.
