ABOUT
The main task in design of this pastry shop was to divide the total volume into the necessary functional zones. The complexity of the task was that all zones had to be placed in a sequence that was convenient for the employees and contributed to their productivity.
Pastry shop. Here guests can try some desserts and drink a cup of coffee or tea
Also, despite it's small sizes, the pastry shop offers you an area with soft chairs and lounge table
There is a sliding glass partition between pastry shop and workshop (and there is another one - between workshop and office)
Office space
In the guest WC we used beige terazzo tiles to make it feel like a light glaze envelops the space around the person who entered the room.
