As the Senior Army advisor to the adjutant general of the New York National Guard, Colonel Ciro Stefano is responsible for providing Operational guidance, coordinating key projects, and overseeing international leadership partnerships within the U.S. Army's State Partnership Program (SPP) as well and Federal Agencies in his role as the senior Title 10 officer.

Colonel Ciro Stefano is also the Director of executive engagement and an advisory board member of the Vets2Industry Foundation, a 501c3.

Vets2Industry is a nonprofit that offers a free online repository of important information for active members of the military, transitioning members, veterans, and their families. Its website (vets2industry.com) features resources including veteran and family benefits, medical and educational services, housing assistance, and financial support. The organization also helps veterans to find employment by connecting them with veteran-supporting organizations, including the companies that belong to American Corporate Partners, a national nonprofit that shares Vets2Industry’s goal of helping veterans find new and fulfilling careers.

Since its founding in 2018, Vets2Industry has served the needs of more than 10,000 veterans and their family members.
