A published study conducted at Google and Roche, in which employees used Headspace for 8 weeks showed: participants reported a 46% reduction in depression and a 31% reduction in anxiety.
Being a meditator myself, I always lacked one thing in the Headspace app: the possibility to meditate with a buddy. Currently, you can only send a reminder to your friends so they don't forget to meditate (alone). So while studying UX/UI design, I decided to design this feature.
