User Persona
I interviewed an Inrastructure Analyst from IT team and asked a few questions. Based on his answers, I have created the following Persona.
Use Cases
I had to think from the technology standpoint as well becaue all the data was coming through predefined APIs in another technology. Based on those APIs, I had to define use cases which could be covered. Below is a small part of the list.
Information Architecture
I studied each API and the type of data its returning. This helped me in developing Information Architecture. Below is a short list of the whole document.
Analysis - Synthesis
After analysing all the part of this information I had gathered, I started synthesising all the information and started working on creating KPIs which could be useful. I started organizing information into KPI and listed out their forms/structure.
After knowing what was needed, I started working on different Dashboard design. Below is the final draft of the design.

Tile creator flow
A very critical requirement was to create a tile creator functionality which allows user to create tile in minimum clicks. I worked on a few concepts and came up with my final design. Below is the sketch.
