Cotton House includes 29 spacious, tastefully furnished suites with area from 41 to 72 m2. The perfectly planned space means both utility values and aesthetic values. All our suites are air-conditioned, they have own kitchenette, one or two bedroom(s), living room 

with Smart TV, comfortable bathroom with a shower and washing machine as well 

as a balcony with garden furniture. We also offer a garage or outdoor parking lot 

(closed and monitored area).

Cotton House is to be your home far from your house, is to be an ideal place for living. Such ideas were implemented both by the architect and by managers of aparthotel. 

We respect your privacy. Therefore, our facility will operate in a hotel system, however cleaning will take place once per stay up to 5 days. If you wish to have additional towels 

or cleaning, they/it will be arranged (for a small fee). Our breakfast room serves nutrient breakfasts but you may prepare meals for yourselves in your own kitchen in a suite, equipped in a fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, kettle as well as necessary cutlery and vessels.
