Red Sanitaria Healthcare System
Red Sanitaria was inspired by a trend concept in the world: the practice of E-Health. This is based on improving the flow of information by electronic means to support the management of health systems. The organization offers a network of services based on an ideal computer platform for health centers -public and private- to manage the information of their patients, their resources, the billing of benefits and the collection of social works.

The app is responsive to be used both from desktop or on-the-go to quickly manage patient attention and other information.
User Research
In order to gather insights about the current users, I interviewed the administrative employees in charge of payments. Using as a Airtable, I kept track of paint points, interviews and reference material of user behaviour in certain cases.

For quantitative data, I used Google Forms as shown below.

I also took into account HL7 principles and norms to design a complex system that involves all processes in health, as well as planning the product according to the Privacy in Health Law from Argentina when doing the UX Writing of Terms and Conditions.
Introducing LottieFiles
I kept in mind all possible features that could provide added value to a system that is intended to make patients, doctors and administrative employees feel comfortable in such a critical field such as E-Health. One way of doing is was adding the Red Sanitaria logo animated from a LottieFiles .json to make loading time less boring.

Usability Testing
User testing was done gathering quantitative and qualitative data by using HotJar to keep track of user's cursor movement, heatmaps and polls, as well as on-site user testing by giving them tasks and listening to them thinking aloud.
