A large part of my role at DiDi as Lead Designer was to research and develop the initial design strategies and concepts for new products and services for our global mobility platform. The multi-modality project allowed me to research competitors, markets, as well as work with ops, engineering and design teams on 3 different continents to create the direction for this new feature. 

Incorporating public transport and last mile solutions (such as scooters and bikes) into our current ride sharing platform was a great challenge, but also very rewarding when you can create an elegant solution for the end user.
