Customer strategy yields results with a multi-year redesign and Drupal 8 development.

As a contractor, I helped lead the redesign and Drupal 8 implementation of BEA.gov. This multi-year effort modernized the bureau's website and improved the user experience using best practices and web standards by the United States Digital Service.

The new website is a success, as the latest Verint Experience Index: E-Gov (January-June 2019) ranked BEA.gov as one of the most improved websites of the federal government.
