Redesign of Venice's vaporetti stations (water bus). Finding the current design a little boring, I got inspired by the wrought metal bars covering windows all over the city.
Originally there for protection, they also serve as decoration when made in the shape of beautiful patterns. Making the entire structure out of one such pattern, the station gives shelter from the sun, while also letting travellers look out on the city.
