Creating Futures That Work uses “The Creating Futures That Work Innovation Skill Assessment,” a simple 12-minute test developed by Harvey Seifter, that grew out of his research a three different Incubators funded by the National Science Foundation. The assessment has been implemented in Fortune 500 Companies and smaller businesses, as well as in numerous universities and research centers. The assessment measures the response to challenges in innovation by looking at the ways leaders and teams manage risk, solve problems, and make decisions. Companies can also use the tool to assess the elements of their training that are most impactful and identify the right people for certain jobs.
