as a 3D team leader ,i managed to make sure that every task is well done technically and in the deadlines, i used to work with the team in the modeling , responsible in creating the library of assets , creating the level design and put the final layer of texturing in it in Unity ,create the light rig setup , mood atmosphere FX and camera FX in on other side , i was responsible on creating and documenting the technical workflow for the level design , character modeling and texturing, some of the characters was modeled and textured by me
