The dispatch center is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by communications supervisors, dispatchers, and call takers. All Access Ambulance employees receive training in emergency medical dispatching, American Heart Association CPR, and telecommunications technology. The center also is equipped with the latest software and equipment to ensure customers receive reliable and timely medical transport.
