The apartment is located in a residential complex with a panoramic view of the city. The space of the apartment is opened and conditionally divided into four zones: living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is nominally delimited from the main space to the closet with a glass partition. All appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, boiler) are hidden in the kitchen unit. The apartment has two storage areas for clothes: one of the main, between the bedroom and the living room. All storage areas are hidden and have the ability to quickly access. Such an organization of space gave a functional, comfortable, airy interior.
The living room and the corridor are separated from each other by the kitchen and wardrobe cabinets. In the kitchen cabinet the mini-farm was placed for growing salads all the year round. The space is also zoned using different types of flooring. We highlighted the border between the dark blue floor and the light walls with the white tile 15х15. The main material of the walls is the decorative plaster with the effect of lamb, and its thickening in the window zone is the projection of the facade into the interior.
The apartment has incredible view from the window of the modernist architecture of Podil, elevator, bridges and the Dnipro River. According to the client, it was the view that prompted him to buy the apartment and for us it served as an inspiration for creating the interior of this project.
