Keep borders
This projects started from the idea of people crossing personal boundaries, being rude and not seeing it, making other people's life uncomfortable.
Usually we don't show our anger or disturb when somebody asks wrong questions or stand too close. We prefer to be silent and cope with it if we have no chance to go away. Speaking sometimes is hard, because we didn't learn in schools how to tell people about our emotions.

These sculptures  are silent but have an ability to explain visually when you're too close. They become red, they warn you.

It would be nice to have the same signal system for people in real life.
The sculptures are made of metal wire. Led-string WS2812 (35 metres one and 40 metres another) is fixed inside of metal skeleton and controlled by Arduino. For the first sculpture — footballer — we used 4 Arduino Uno and nearly 20 Ultrasonic sensors that catch the distance.

It didn't work well as the signal was slowed down. So for the next sculpture — boxer — we used 16 Arduino Nano and 16 sensors for each, and programmed each of them. The result was perfect.
Both sculptures take nearly 700 watt. We used 4-5 power blocks for each, both have socket for easy turn on.

Metal pedestals can be taken off so the sculpture are easily transported.
