The Viking Circle of Life is one of the first mandalas that I created that incorporated a single theme. This theme being Viking and Celtic symbols and ideas. This project was one of the first large scale images that I created. It was originally 24 inches square. So this piece had plenty of room to add a lot of details. Thankfully the best benefit of the digital art medium is the speed in which one can accomplish things is great.

One of the largest mandalas I have ever created. Littered with lots of Viking themes and symbols. The tree of life makes this circle of life one of my favorite mandalas I have ever made. This art project also demonstrates early on me experimenting how to create definitions without relying on heavy black lines as much.
