a snarky and fun little droid. Considered by some to be this generations' R2-D2. I enjoyed drawing this little guy and adding my style of celtic tattoos instead of metal and mech markings that are typical of robots. This project was one of my first fan art projects and like all things great it never hurts to start simple and small. Then build on that. 

This is also one of my earlier art projects where you can see a budding art style of strong line art and simple color blocking emerge.

The original project didn't have a space like background. However, I loved this print so much I ended up having to fix a lot of the parts when i resized it to a much bigger size. As part of that I decided to put on a background that made it feel more complete and ready for printing.
