Gary Reis’ successful business ventures include Access Ambulance Service, an ambulance transport provider licensed to operate in Rhode Islands and Massachusetts. 

The company’s fleet of vehicles includes ambulances, wheelchair vans, operational support vehicles, and a bus. Triton Fleet Service, also owned by Gary Reis and family, provides repair and maintenance service to all Access Ambulance vehicles. Triton is a full-service garage and towing company. It employs certified truck mechanics who work full-time. Triton was operating even before Access Ambulance’s founding. 

Access drivers (and employees) wear distinct uniforms consisting of a company-issued photo ID badge, white uniform shirt, black belt, navy blue pants, and black boots. The photo ID badge includes the driver’s licensure level and certifications. The company’s advanced human resources management system is integrated with its dispatch system. If a driver has expired credentials, the system will not assign a vehicle to the driver.
