We formed "Tiger teams" to rollout our newly created design system into pilot apps within the Safari platform and our marketing facing event sites. Afterwards we did qualitative testing with our customers using established heuristics as a benchmark to see if we succeeded.

We wanted to make our events site(s) not only easy to navigate the sessions, schedules, pricing and "planning your arrival" pages but also a deeper experience for fans. An experience that could be a catalyst for a shared community of inspired learning. Drawing technology enthusiasts together because of a shared passion, engagement, and strong interest in learning how to solve problems through the use of expert-driven technology.
Furthering that ability for attendees to solve problems, we funnel them into our SaaS learning product, Safari.
