There are few times that arise to work on a real 3d architectural design project to show it in my portfolio, since in general, due to NDA-type confidentiality contracts, it is often not possible to show it to the public before be built it. The project below, and in gratitude for the client approval, as well as the Architect, is the result and an excellent example of collaborative remote work, which is the first approach to the 3D development of an architectural design, whose goal is to be able to visualize the project before being built, and in this way to review "in first person" real-time space using state-of-the-art tools. In this particular case, it is a commissioned work for our friends in Germany.

The following 3D design was made in a very short development time (5 business days) with the tools of Autodesk AutoCAD, 3Ds MAX as well as the latest version of the Twinmotion 2019 software, in order to be able to be reused for 3d printing, renders and different types of 3d animations, as well as their use for Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) applications.

Important to highlight that thanks to the Twinmotion 2019 software were possible to get several 3d/360 renderings, 3d animations as well as its interactive application for VR in an efficient way, which meant saving time to make important design decisions on record time.
