I seem to have an unhealthy obsession with solid black and white illustration.
Recently i have been taking a regular dosage of colour to try and get better.
Throughout collage and uni i have gradually started to build up my own style.
You may also notice i tend to draw animals as well... So to start of i usually get some reference pictures, grab the closest black pen, usually a cheap gel pen :S and slightly follow shadows, but just go a bit wild and create (relevant shapes). i also naturally make like a negative space maze. trying to keep the thickness of it relatively even. In some cases i scan in my illustrations and play with other aspects. What i have posted are just a range that i have done over the last three years. I am now trying to push my illustrations further, mixing media and adding colour in places.
