The first few lines of an undelivered speech entitled 'In event of moon disaster', written by William Safire for Richard Nixon in 1969, to be delivered in case of an incident in which the Apollo 11 astronauts could not be recovered from the moon. The audio is pieced together from five of Nixon's other speeches. The frames are made in SuperPaint for Apple Macintosh, 1986.
