RED BULL SOUND SELECT - MOBILE ALPHA
THE BRIEF
Unlike the vast majority of projects and clients I have been involved with, a design and brand aesthetic had already been established prior to me coming on board the project. What was needed was a re-think of how that aesthetic and the established interaction model would "translate" to mobile for this music startup within Red Bull. The bonus was I had a few days to sketch a concept.
THE IDEA - ALPHA For the Alpha it was really about just making those windows 8-like UI tiles work on mobile. Employing a leanUX approach, we just started sketching and came up with two concepts.
