Prelude to "Postmodern Myth" (Technical Study)
This is a piece devoted to further studying this "digital origami" style that I developed since the middle of last year. The model itself is low-poly, but enhanced with high detail texturing to give it a high-art aesthetic. The only piece of the model that is "high-poly" is the top piece of the body, which I felt looked a lot better.
This is considered to be "phase two" of this style since my "Lions, Tigers, and Bears."
The model is part of a larger scene, but since the model came out so cool I thought it deserved more attention. Thank you!
