Osvaldo Manuel Meireles Cipriano was born on January 4, 1982, in Santarém, city where he currently lives.
He started to get interested in photography in 2005 when he bought his first digital camera with which he began to explore his artistic sensibility with photos about his city.
He has participated in several exhibitions and many of his photos were published in photo magazines.
