The most important part of any UX project is understanding the problem and the possible solution space. Long white-boarding sessions with the subject matter experts is important for developing a big picture understanding of complex technical solutions.

In order to achieve the project goals we needed to generate some user journeys for critical user interactions.

As part of the project lifecycle we needed to create detailed wireframes for development planning and investor proposal documents.

As the project continued to take shape and feedback was received from users I created more refined design deliverables for more and more complex application features.
