A journey of a lifetime, 4 a.m. start, with some meditation, some mental workout, a clean, a shower, a warm coffee before taking off for the training location of the day. 

After a beautiful drive in the dark valleys of switzerland, we reach our destination, the Jura area in which we are going to train today ! The full moon accompanying us on our journey sets her precautious and good-willing eye on us, her strength and power leading the way to a beautiful training session. 

A few shots before sunrise, a few miles in ! the deepest colours of the Moons' life partner starts to show up, from magenta to blue, with a twist of orange and cyan towards the end. Life is a question of contrast, paradigm, as the moon and the sun, opposites in their complementarity to make the world what it is, the effort of training goes with the dedication to success. 

Our session ends, with the beams of light hitting the crests of the jurassic alps, but be not sad, for we shall return ! Meanwhile, our athlete heads back to precision of watchmaking whilst I head back to the delicious craft of photography.
