A branding project for Planta Luxury Boutique Resort from stationery to amenities. Planta located in Canggu, Bali with great views of the rice fields, features a large swimming pool and lush tropical garden. Planta's architectural concept diminishes the barrier between inside and outside world, one with nature could describe it at best. It tries to portray the beauty of nature and architecture. Providing place for people and nature to connect. Architecturally it starts from a more traditional and ethnic approach (rumah panggung) that gradually moves to a modern blend of raw concretes and ends with a simple white and teak coloured combination, the bliss of simplicity. To display the past and the present and combines them in respect with nature and materials used.
Inspired by the nature, Planta logo created from one of the iconic pattern from the pakis lutung of Indonesia. Hand picked and simplified to create Planta logo, combining with the simple typography to create the solid branding that reflect simplicity and rawness. The branding did not stop at the logo only, from stationery to amenities all is branded to create a subtle but solid brand.
