● From media, we hear of dozens of accidents and incidents a day. We hear of topics of conversation, from the third party point of view, and spread and consume them. We emotionally feel compassion for big pains of accident victims and sympathize with them, but superficially, we feel relieved that we are not the persons directly involved. Then, we blame ourselves for the feeling of relief.

● Modern people living in the current era that maximizes the exposure to stimulations look lethargic like a dead body. Now, we are living in the age of insensibility that we have to expend time and effort even on feeling some emotions. By developing empathy for accidents and incidents in the reality, not in the fiction like a movie or a drama, not only do we feel sympathy for the victims, but also indirectly experience various kinds of emotions including fear of the reality and pleasure. Sometimes, we need to seriously understand the main characters in lots of stories happening in the reality that are used as tools for playing the media, as we give a candy to a crying child to soothe him. Today, I search the internet news to talk with fellow workers at lunch time.
