I am interested in the temporary nature of communal events and looking at the objects that allow for these experiences to happen. A folding chair allows for accommodation, curating experiences, and transforming spaces to strengthen communities. I wanted to bring my craft sensibilities to an object that is normally disregarded in relation to its surroundings, elevating the experience it is apart of.
