UX Challenge // Redesigning Recruiting Process
Eyes & Loop recruiters schedule a lot of onsite interviews for potential candidates every week. This process can create a lot of things for recruiters to manage (interviewee contact info and availability, interviewer availability, etc). For this challenge, l had to assume that each candidate receives 4 onsite interviewers, each by a different Eyes & Loop employee. Then I designed and sketched a low-fidelity UX concept and experience that would help recruiters manage all the information required to schedule onsite interviewers.
Tools used: paper + pencil for low-fi, then OmniGraffle for finishing touches.
