The purpose of this project was to create two spot illustrations based on an existing story/stories. I used two folk tales that can be found in Women Who Run With the Wolves.
La Llorona, a ghost woman rakes through the river with her hands and her hair, searching for the souls of her children; and a Selkie, bathing in moonlight.
