Since the beginning of the manual, from large to very small abrasive (200/400/600/1000/1500)
Then I guessed that the tree pores are too worn, the oil will not be absorbed(
Then I realized that in hand to bring not an option, I bought a sander
Just was ready the main piece of wood - a place for inserts.
It consisted of two elements, to be able to divide the colors of the inner and outer part
Grinding machine coped by 1000% compared to manual grout, wood was nice to hold, it is perfect! no scratches, just no words!
Of course, I forgot to say about the tests of colored oils, covered, waited 12 hours, looked at the result - removed the coating, covered with another.
The Playground was made of solid mass, it was not convenient to grind inside the seats + the oil gave too dark effect in the corners (AO), and the Board for 1.5 year old child was heavy. In the photo just the first sample of this toy. Thanks for watching and thanks for reading))

И началось движение в сторону реализации.
Первым делом нарисовал все векторы для ЧПУ
Потом подобрал необходимое дерево.
Дальше начались сложности - нужное дерево было сложно достать
Фрезеровка - очень много в городе станков, но люди либо не могут, либо было дорого (прогон двумя фрезами, с начало фигура, потом фаска с двух сторон)
Потом покрытие - масло. История повторяется, как и с деревом)
Вот и первые фигурки готовы:
Ожидаешь увидеть идеальную фигурку с фасками, а получаешь фигурку и лесенку между фаской и плоскостью, лесенки, задиры, хотя порода твердая.
Ну ок отшлифую.
Шлифовка:
С начало в ручную, от крупного к очень мелкому абразиву (200/400/600/1000/1500)
Потом я догадался, что слишком затер поры дерева, масло не впитается(
Дальше я понял что в ручную доводить не вариант, купил шлифмашинку
Как раз была готова основная деревяшка - место для вкладышей.
Она состояла из двух элементов, чтобы была возможность разделить по цветам внутреннюю и внешнию часть
Шлифмашинка справилась на 1000% по сравнению с ручной затиркой, дерево стало приятно держать, оно идеальное! без царапин, просто нет слов!
Конечно, забыл сказать про тесты цветных масел, покрыл, подождал часов 12, посмотрел на результат - снял покрытие, покрыл другим.
Площадка была из цельного массива, было не удобно шлифовать внутри посадочных мест + масло давало слишком темный эффект в углах (AO), да и доска для 1,5 годовалого ребенка была тяжелой. На фото как раз первый образец этой игрушки. Спасибо за просмотр и спасибо, что прочли))
