All communications center employees are specifically trained and certified in emergency medical dispatching and American Heart Association CPR and are supervised by qualified communications professionals with years of experience. Additionally, the communications center is protected with state-of-the-art redundancy systems to ensure that service will continue uninterrupted in case of natural disasters or other emergencies. In addition to mirrored computer servers, the center utilizes an uninterrupted power supply and a natural gas generator.
