Teladrutun is the Armenian literacy test organized in Armenia and Russia (Moscow). The dictation takes place at the same time with the same text, under the same conditions and same evaluation.
In the armenian language the word "dictation" sounds like "teladrutun" which first part "tel" means "thread". Words and letters in a text are strung like pearls on a necklace. A thread is the key idea of logo concept.
Mesrop Mashtots is the creator of armenian alphabet and iconic figure of armenian culture and history. His character came alive in a simple and minimalistic style and became a symbol of the project.
