Nanotechnology is a investigation subject being developed at a very fast pace in multiple areas. The basic principle of this technology is to build new structures and materials from atoms at the nano scale. At a scale a million times smaller than a human hair, it is nowadays possible to manipulate all kinds of molecules, in order to change their size, shape, color, strength and function. These pieces are two molecules composed of carbon, oxygen and hydrogen atoms. In nano-science, thanks to the possi-bility of atom  shifting, new structures are  created in which the same material  acquires  brand new features.

The pieces are placed in soapy water, and when removed the gap between the edges is filled by a layer of soap. It represents the invisibility of the atomic scale. By bursting  the soap  layer, I  intend to show the impact that a single atom can cause in the universe.
