CHALLENGE
After joining forces with its longtime partner AmeriQuest, Corcentric boasted a best-in-class procurement and finance solution that was completely unique to the market. The new collective entity needed a new brand to match, and a way to communicate with consistency and style so they could welcome their employees and customers into the fold. The Corcentric team came to 20nine for a holistic brand strategy, including revamped visuals, language, website, print collateral, and more—but first, an overarching story to bring everything together.

SOLUTION
Our story highlighted how the new brand's collective strength would translate to its customers' competitive advantage. We created a solid platform from which all of Corcentric's communications would originate: "Transforming the way businesses purchase, pay, and get paid". 

Then we crafted the brand mark, typography, and palettes, and strategically infused the new brand elements into every aspect of the company. In order to effectively communicate every element of this fresh new brand to the internal brand ambassadors who would live it every day, we helped coordinate Road Show presentations at each of Corcentric's national offices, and built all the materials needed to make it all work. We also built robust Brand Guidelines to bring the brand promise to life in digital and physical mediums, arming employees to maintain brand integrity and consistency well into the future. Of course, no rebrand would be complete without a strong web presence, so we did a full redesign of the Corcentric site. We implemented a much easier-to-update CMS (WordPress), armed them with social and web marketing strategies, and built a sunsetting plan for all the former AmeriQuest touchpoints.

IMPACT
The brand's unofficial launch occurred at its annual Symposium in Orlando, FL, with some well-coordinated fanfare and great feedback from its current customers and employees. The following week, the new website went live. We built all the material they'd need to hit the ground running post-launch (including presentation templates, brochures, sales scripts, and print collateral, along with business cards, corporate stationery, and swag). Ultimately, we were able to unify a fragmented organization through thoughtful story and strategic execution, helping them make the most of an extraordinary step in their evolution. As our relationship with Corcentric continues, we're excited to help them get their message out into the world, connect in meaningful ways with customers, and continue delivering one of the best solution suites the industry has seen.
