Misplaced
Everyone knows and uses it – the toilet bowl.
Enclosed within four walls, it helps us take care of our daily business.
However, take away the four walls, the lock, and the toilet paper, and only the bowl remains.
The toilet bowl has a completely different effect when given a new space, it no longer wants to belong,
it no longer blends in with the background, and it stands out in such a way as to evoke a subconscious reaction in the viewer.
My goal with the "Misplaced" series is to give the toilet bowl a new space. It should seem out of place, deprived of its original purpose.
