I love doing experiment a lot, obviously, most of those are failed attempt.
but this one came out good I guess.
The very first attempt, this one had too many creases
After a couple of changes I end up with this & I was kinda happy at this phase, then I made some variation (which I never used ;) )

For pack opening animation I made this one then use the morph feature to animate the pack opening and closing
I took some snap of chips using my Canon 6D, then I use Trapcode to generate particles
