The genetic language in adults changes according to their experiences during the first 1000 days of life, from conception to two years of age. This is due to Epigenetics, a set of mechanisms that modulate the activation / deactivation of genes according to environmental, social, nutritional, etc., factors experienced; that is, our own experiences can mark our genetic material and this in turn can be transmitted from generation to generation. "Playing" in a different way these first 1000 days of life is possible.
