Revamping Canadian 2 for 1 Pizza (Singapore) Application
Problem: The major main problem with the Canadian Pizza (Singapore) application is the user flow. The process of browsing to ordering to viewing the delivery status have issues to be solve. The whole look and branding itself also needs rebranding as the style guide is very different from the other country's Candian Pizza.
User Research
Firstly, my team and I went in depth to user interviews to understand more of how the process of them ordering a pizza. We went on doing contextual inquries from here, we can clearly notice what's the pain points users facing. We even order the pizza through the app and experience the whole process to receiving the actual pizza. It is a fun experience for us.
Pain Point: The ordering process is confusing for user. Important information are not clearly listed out. The ordering of promotional items is confusing as there isn't any indication to keep track which pizza I'm at to select.
We have changed the whole layout of the existing app with the comments from our users to make it simpler and straightforward. The information that users would like to know is all up front to easy viewing and is clearly position.
A process bar is added to let user know which selection they are at when during the selections for promotional combo.
A live and detailed delivery status is added to let user know which part is at and allow the users to know how long more they have to wait for their pizza to be arrived.
We have also included an online chat system that provides customers immediate access to help when pre-ordering during closing hours.

What's Next?
1. Redesign the website version.
2. Re-brand the whole packaging from digital to physical.
3. Do more usability testing to bring another level higher for the app to take place.
