Welcome to the "Your Government, Your Way" project. The screens I'm showing below consist of some early mockups and iterations for constituents to have a one account for all their Texas government related interactions. I've added information to the captions below to better explain them.
The example above shows some of the early mockups of the project. The user has logged in via a desktop view. Then its showing our persona "Nolan" logging is with his phone to do some work on an authorized third party app and the "tile" for that app appearing in his desktop profile. It also shows using a phone to quickly change his address and deciding to renew expiring government related services.
The mockups above show an early version of the web app's home page and after logging in the user can see their account information and view volunteer opportunities throughout the state.
After many iterations the desktop view of the web app began to take shape. Our persona now has more separation between his informational tiles. The left side shows his account information and most visited links. It also offers up suggestions based on the persona's browsing habits and the sites he's visited.
The right side shows his profile tiles, expiring services and a volunteer opportunities. The volunteer opportunities would be another suggestion by the system based on previous searches and interactions.
As with the previous iteration, this time, our persona "Nolan" also works for a government agency that uses an authorized application to do his job. In this example he's created a, "24 hour sports fishing license application" and a "Youth Hunting License". At a glance can see the application submissions expiration dates and trending data.
In this example there is an example of another tile encompassing an online services search within the "your government, your way" system.
This is an example of the homepage where a user has searched for government services. The user is not logged in at this time. We have a simple call to action showcasing some of the example of the services the application provides.
