OLIVER DIONELA — PERSONAL WEBSITE
So I decided to finally redesign and relaunch my website as I plan to focus on freelancing more this year. I was aiming for a clean, minimal and straight-forward design that was always my style ever since. This was quickly designed for only two days from concept to HTML/CSS (only two pages!) with Adobe XD and Zurb Foundation 6 Framework.
The Challenge
My biggest problem with creating my online portfolio is not having enough projects to showcase. Although I worked on several successful freelance design projects, most of them are I can't use due to different reasons and circumstances. My idea is to highlight my works on Themeforest and focus the visitors on my skills and design process.
The Design
My visual approach was leaning toward a clean, minimal layout. I wanted my information (text content) to be the center of the site since I rely heavily on them. Typography is essential so I picked Sofia Pro, a sans serif font for both body and header for maximizing readability.
